CCPHVAC designed a water wash canopy to cover the cook line to comply with the local councils smoke emission criteria.
CCPHVAC installed a Smokey filtration system for the Pizza oven.
There was a high level of filtration and odour control required and the system was designed with this in mind.
The restaurant is now open and trading and is fully compliant with the local councils guidelines.
Tim Badenoch, QSF Interiors says,
CCP advised on the filtration required and designed a system to make sure the wood burning oven and grill complied with local council guidelines.
They also installed the air conditioning and the refrigeration coldrooms.
They were very professional on site and we continue to work with them.
