A site in a residential area that required a high degree of odour control.
CCPHVAC installed a Fujitsu ducted air conditioning system. We designed a canopy to cover the cook line that included a wood burning grill. We designed a system that had a high level of the odour control to discharge at high level above the shop front to comply with Defra and protect the client from any potential complaints from local residence.
The restaurant is now open and trading. CCPHVAC have provided a maintenance contract to clean the odour control system and maintain its optimum performance.
Tim Badenoch, QSF Interiors says,
This was a particularly tricky project due to the location of the site and the sensitivity of smoke and smell emissions.
CCP HVAC worked well with the various suppliers and the local planning officer to find a solution that allowed for the site to be opened on time and on budget.
