At CCP HVAC we have a policy of continual improvement through ongoing training assessments, both internally and externally. All of our engineers regularly attend training courses with leading manufacturers such as Mitsubishi, Daikin, Toshiba, Foster and Fujitsu. As well as work with manufacturers, all of our engineers are qualified to City and Guilds standard and are ACRIB registered.
As well as personal development, we ensure that we keep up to date and are using the latest materials and technology, with a detailed understanding enabling us to stay ahead of our competitors.
Alongside practical training, our own in-house Health and Safety consultant regularly carries out courses which all staff must attend. The ethos of training and development is clear in each department of the company, with both directors taking specialist training in Health and Safety, Risk Assessment and are both members of the Institute of Refrigeration.
We are proud to announce that CCP HVAC have recently achieved “Safe Contractor” status.
Nick Watkins, Managing Director, Thamesgate Interior, says,
Barry's people keep up to date with the latest thinking and technology, and are really reliable. If we have a system that has failed, CCP HVAC will be there. They are fast and efficient.
